20 High 'Tetra' Aquarium Photos
After we figured out that a tank had to cycle before it could be fully stocked and got past that problem, our fishkeeping really took off.
We had stocked the 10 Leader with Neon Tetras, Blue Spotted Platys, Yellow Fancy Guppies, Red Swords, Zebra Danios and Pepper Corys. The Neons ended up staying in the 10 Leader and were joined by some Gold Tetras and we started caling it the "Tetra Tank."
Back in 2001 on one of trips to Perrysburg Aquarium we decided that the Tetras in the 10 Leader deserved some more room and we brought home a 20 High for them.
It's still a home to Gold Tetras and Zebra Danios as well as an army of Bronze and Pepper Cory Cats who religiously spawn at every water change.

Visible on June 21, 2001 in the Tetra Tank are Neons, Golds, Flaming Swords, Scissortails and at least one Cory. Some people have had problems mixing livebearers and tetras in the same tank, we haven't. image/jpeg, 700x416 (24bit) 20T-1_06-21-01.jpg   113943 bytes |
